As Global Talent Lead you will design, lead, and implement the global talent strategy to ensure critical and key positions are filled with the right talent, prioritizing internal mobility while maintaining a robust external talent pipeline. The role ensures global consistency in talent management, leadership development, and talent recruitment strategic processes, enabling organizational sustainability, succession readiness, and leadership capability across all regions.
Responsabilities:
Lead the global talent management strategy, including:
- Talent mapping and identification of critical and key positions.
- Succession planning and readiness assessments.
- Performance Management Program
- Performance–potential integration and 9-box governance.
Design, deploy, and continuously improve:
- Leadership development programs.
- Mentoring and coaching frameworks.
- 360° feedback processes and follow-up development actions.
Define and maintain a global competency framework, including:
- Leadership competencies.
- Functional competencies by role.
Own the global recruitment governance, ensuring:
- Standardized recruitment processes and methodologies worldwide.
- Clear decision criteria for internal vs. external hiring
- Alignment with DEI, employer branding, and talent strategy.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to:
- Assess talent risks and gaps.
- Build targeted development and succession plans.
Ensure effective internal mobility processes, enabling visibility and fair access to opportunities for internal candidates.
Monitor and report talent-related metrics to leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
Act as a subject matter expert on global talent trends and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor ́s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development roles, leading global or regional talent initiatives.
Strong background in succession planning and talent mapping, leadership development programs, and standardization.
Experience working closely with senior leaders and HRBPs,
Exposure to multinational or matrixed organizations.
