HR Manager - Maternity Leave Coverage (4 months) | Hyatt Inclusive Collection

At Hyatt Inclusive Collection, we are looking for your talent for a temporary position as HR Manager for maternity leave coverage.

What are we looking for? A professional passionate about working with and for people, with a strategic and operational focus. Your goal will be to ensure comprehensive management of the employee lifecycle, guaranteeing compliance with personnel administration processes and providing exceptional service to our teams.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage the onboarding process for new employees by drafting, reviewing, and signing contracts, ensuring legal compliance and proper integration of talent into the organization
- Maintain updated and organized employee files through systematic document management, guaranteeing traceability and integrity of personnel information
- Coordinate payroll processing by validating pre-payroll, personnel movements, and terminations, to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Administer insurance policies for executives through continuous follow-up with providers, guaranteeing adequate coverage and attention to specific needs
- Supervise administrative flow by controlling invoice tracking and area payments, to maintain the department's financial operation without setbacks
- Execute personnel administration processes applying current labor regulations, ensuring regulatory compliance and employee satisfaction
- Collaborate with corporate teams in Mexico and the United States by facilitating effective communication, to align human resources strategies and best practices

Your profile:

- Minimum 4 years of experience as HR Manager with generalist focus or Personnel Manager
- Conversational English required (constant collaboration with offices and teams in the USA)
- Solid knowledge of personnel administration and Mexican labor law
- Results-oriented with excellent organizational skills
