The Human Resources Manager plays a strategic and operational role in organization's workforce and culture. This position is responsible for leading HR initiatives that support business objectives, including talent acquisition, employee development, labor compliance, and organizational effectiveness. As a key business partner, the HR Manager ensures that HR practices align with company goals while fostering a positive, productive, and legally compliant work environment.
This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of Mexican labor regulations, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with business goals and local labor market conditions.
- Strengthen employer branding to attract high‐quality talent.
2. Employee Relations & Labor Compliance
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws (LFT), internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support audits by authorities such as STPS or IMSS.
3. Performance Management & Organizational Development
- Implement performance evaluation systems and support managers in delivering feedback.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Promote leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
4. Compensation & Benefits Management
- Oversee payroll processes in coordination with Finance, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including social security, INFONAVIT, and additional corporate benefits.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and support compensation strategy adjustments.
5. HR Strategy & One site culture.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and internal communication.
- Lead change management initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts.
6. Health, Safety & Well‐Being
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations (NOM standards).
- Coordinate wellness initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- More than 5 years of experience as Human Resources Manager automotive industrie preference.
- Proficiency in HR softwares (Tress, SAP)
- Advanced English.
- Advance knowldege on mexican labor reguations.
