About the Role
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong   HRIS experience   , Configuration experience   UKG eTime / UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM)  , and the ability to support   multi-country deployments across Latin America   .

Requirements
Must to have:
Proven hands-on configuration experience with   UKG eTime / UKG Pro WFM   , the most important   configuration, support, and troubleshooting   .
Experience supporting   multi-country HRIS implementations or deployments   .
Strong ability to work with   regional stakeholders   and translate business needs into system configurations.
Comfortable working in a   global, fast-paced environment   .
Bilingual skills required   (English Advanced C1 & Spanish).
Nice to Have
Prior experience supporting   HRIS systems in LATAM   .
Knowledge of   labor regulations   across multiple countries.
Experience in   sustainment, post-implementation support, or HRIS migrations   .

Key Responsibilities
To do   configuration   for UKG eTime / UKG Pro WFM across LATAM.
Quickly learn and understand the   current eTime configuration   deployed across LATAM.
Partner with   LAC stakeholders   to identify pain points in the current configuration.
The initial deployment is closer to a   migration   , but identified issues may be reviewed and addressed.
Support   continued deployments   for remaining LATAM countries.
Ensure ongoing support for   federal, state/province, and local regulatory changes   .
Maintain and adjust   system configurations   in response to policy changes.
