I am Sara, an Executive Consultant, with over 10 years of experience in executive recruitment and consulting for top-tier companies. Projekts is proud to collaborate with international clients, including (Fortune 500 companies) , operating in more than 20 countries worldwide.
Join an international industrial group of mid-size, present in several regions of the world and recognized for the quality of its products and the reliability of its teams. The company combines the agility of a human‑scale organization with the structure of a global group, in a demanding, multicultural and performance‑driven environment. You will join a key industrial site in Mexico, working in close and regular contact with the regional headquarters based in the United States.
This gives you strong visibility with the regional management and corporate functions. As HR Business Partner, you are at the heart of the connection between the shop floor, the HR function and the group’s strategy.
Main mission
As HR Business Partner, you are the trusted partner of managers and local teams, and the primary HR contact for the regional US headquarters. You align HR policies and initiatives with the business objectives of the site and the region, ensuring that people are a key lever of performance and growth. You support managers on all HR topics, drive organizational changes and actively contribute to building a work environment that is engaging, responsible and focused on the long term.
Responsibilities
Support managers on all HR topics: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, engagement and individual employee relations.
Act as the main HR point of contact for the site, providing advice, coaching and both operational and strategic support to teams.
Deploy group HR policies locally and adapt them to site realities while respecting global standards.
Prepare and deliver reliable HR reporting to the regional US headquarters (key metrics, people reviews, succession, turnover, training, etc.).
Analyze HR data to identify trends, propose action plans and continuously improve HR processes and practices.
Contribute to regional and global HR projects (engagement, culture, transformation, diversity & inclusion, HR digitalization).
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards regarding labor relations, ethics and compliance.
Qualifications
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner in a structured environment, ideally industrial and/or international.
Fluent professional English (spoken and written) is essential;
Spanish is a strong plus if not already mastered.
Comfortable with digital HR tools and information systems (HRIS, ERP, reporting and collaboration tools).
Required Skills
You bring solid, hands‑on HR experience, enabling you to manage the full employee lifecycle with confidence.
You have at least 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner, ideally in an industrial environment or within a structured international group.
You have worked closely with operational teams and managers and know how to translate business needs into concrete, effective and measurable HR actions.
You are used to handling several topics in parallel while maintaining a high level of service and a consistently positive attitude.
You have practical experience across several core HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, talent management, training, change management or individual employee relations.
You are able to apply HR policies and procedures while remaining pragmatic, solution‑oriented and close to the business.
Your natural posture is that of a true HR Business Partner: you advise, challenge and support managers, contribute to decision‑making and enjoy playing an active role in the organization’s performance.
Preferred Skills
Strong and impactful communication: you can explain, convince and synthesize for diverse audiences, from shop floor employees to regional leadership.
High emotional and social intelligence: you build trust‑based relationships,…
