Puesto: HR Benefits Intern (Punto Valle, MTY)
Location: Ciudad Sabinas Hidalgo

What will you do:

- Support benefits subject matter experts across different benefits areas in Mexico and the United States during their campaigns.
- Assist with data management, document exchange between vendors and internal stakeholders within SE.
- Provide general operational support for benefits administration.
- Assist in resolving HR call center tickets and escalations.
- Provide excellent customer service to our employees and stakeholders
- Operate and administer our benefit offers
- Prepare, review, and analyze high volumes of data

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous internship, project, volunteer work, or academic experience related to Human Resources, customer service, employee support, administration, training, or process documentation.
- Experience working with data, reports, spreadsheets, manuals, guides, or training materials.
- Interest in HR Operations, Employee Benefits, and Employee Experience.

Required Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Human Resources, acquired either through professional experience or academic training.

- Experience with databases and proficiency in Excel.
- Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- You enjoy critical thinking, customer service and supporting employees.
- Have advanced digital skills, learn fast utilizing digital platforms.
- Speak fluent (read, write, and speak) English and Spanish (must).
