- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Source and attract top healthcare talent, including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, clinical staff, and non-clinical healthcare personnel.
- Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Build and maintain strong healthcare talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with Mexican labor regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment reporting.
- Proven experience recruiting within the healthcare industry.
- Fluent Spanish with strong English communication skills.
