Human Resources Manager -- Talent Acquisition

Location: Santiago de Querétaro

We are seeking a  Human Resources Director  to lead the full HR function for a leading automotive organization in Querétaro. This role will play a critical part in supporting business growth, strengthening organizational culture, developing talent pipelines, and partnering with leadership to navigate the evolving demands of a highly competitive manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience across Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Culture Transformation, with a strong ability to partner with senior leadership and drive business results through people.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Culture initiatives.
Drive leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
Partner with executives to support organizational growth and change management.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and support positive union and employee relations where applicable.
Leverage HR metrics and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
~ Bachelor's degree required;
Master's degree preferred.
~10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles within the  automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sector  .
~ Strong understanding of labor relations, talent management, and organizational development in high-volume operations.
~ Experience partnering with senior executives and driving change in complex environments.
~ Advanced English proficiency.
