ABOUT THE POSITION

Earn In’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Mexico City, MX based Recruiter to help expand our growing team. This position will focus on hiring technical and G&A talent and will partner closely with our local teams. The role will involve sourcing and closing talent while building defined hiring strategies and robust pipelines. It will be important to be able to operate with efficiency within our TA systems, following all processes/policies and compliance regulations while being a source of knowledge for the team on hiring in the hiring market.

A deep understanding of the talent market is critical as are strong skills in sourcing and closing Mid and Senior level talent.

This position will be hybrid from our Mexico City office as part of our expanding site location. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Source talent from a variety of tools with a strong emphasis on both quality and quantity

Build repeatable and strong candidate pipelines of technical talent (primarily focused on engineering) for several positions concurrently

Define hiring strategy for both individual roles and the region

Partner closely with technical leadership to provide updates and strategy

Organize hiring and networking events for talent as needed

Provide an exceptional candidate experience for external talent and a high level of customer service for internal stakeholders

Successfully close and onboard talent to Earn In

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of technical and G&A recruiting experience with a proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive candidates

Significant experience developing strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies

Fluency in ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse) and 3P tools (IE, Linked In Recruiter, Gem, etc.)

A data-driven mindset and the ability to leverage recruiting systems

Deep knowledge of the Engineering and G&A talent market and how to build pipelines within it

Strong project management skills and experience building, refining, and iterating on recruiting processes

Experience building solid relationships with executives and talent

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

A passion for financial fairness and mobile technology
