This Position reports to:
Local Division Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Automation Marine & Ports division.

You will be mainly accountable for:  Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
Acting as the first port of call for customers’ queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.
Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.
In charge of invoicing process, good receives.

Qualifications for the role    2 - 4 years of experience related in a similar position.
Advanced Excel skills, Power BI, and SAP experience.
Experience in sales order tracking and providing order status updates to clients.
Experience in customer service, handling both internal and external clients.
Bachelor's degree administrative, or industrial engineering.
Advanced English communication skills
Valid American Visa would be an asset
