TCS is seeking skilled professionals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to international clients
Manage documentation and reporting activities
Handle and resolve support tickets
Deliver customer service via phone, chat, and email

Requirements:
Availability to work on-site in Querétaro
Minimum 80% English proficiency (spoken)
Availability to work rotating shifts
At least 1 year of verifiable experience in a similar role
