Position Summary The Account Manager will serve as the primary advocate for the customer within the organization balancing the interests of both the client and the organization to ensure long-term success and value creation.
Key Responsibilitie
sAct as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring alignment between client expectations and business objectives
.Drive customer success by ensuring agreed-upon outcomes and business goals are achieved
.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and an integrated customer experience
.Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from commercial agreement and onboarding through go-live and ongoing account management
.Ensure all onboarding activities are completed successfully and on schedule
.Help customers maximize the value of organization's products and services while supporting their business objectives
.Demonstrate value and drive customer outcomes, fostering long-term partnerships and customer retention
.Understand current and future customer requirements and collaborate with Product Management to help prioritize enhancements within the organization's product roadmap
.Build and maintain relationships with executive sponsors, key stakeholders, and customer ecosystem participants
.Identify growth opportunities, new projects, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives
.Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for customers, coordinating closely with organization's Support and internal teams
.Stay informed about customer industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape
.Recommend process, product, and service improvements based on customer feedback and business needs
