What you'll bring

5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Order-to-Cash.

Previous experience leading Customer Service teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Advanced English communication skills.

Advanced Excel skills.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
