We're looking for a   Sales Operations Resolution Representative   to join our   Sales Operations Resolution Team (SORT)  , where you'll play a key role supporting sales teams across the   United States and Canada   , helping resolve operational issues, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to strategic business initiatives.
What you'll do:
✅ Resolve operational and customer issues related to deliveries, pickups, and service interruptions.
✅ Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to provide timely solutions.
✅ Support strategic projects, including   Network 2.0 initiatives   .
✅ Investigate root causes, develop action plans, and ensure successful resolution.
✅ Help improve customer experience by identifying trends and recommending process improvements.
✅ Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What we're looking for:

✔️ 2+ years of experience in   Customer Service, Customer Experience, Sales Support, or Operations Support   .
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
✔️ Ability to work with multiple teams while meeting tight deadlines.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
✔️   Advanced English (spoken and written)  .
✔️ High School diploma required;
Bachelor's degree is a plus.
