Job Description

Position Overview
A Sleep Tester is responsible for supporting sleep-related studies, monitoring sleep patterns, collecting observational data, and assisting with the evaluation of sleep quality and sleep-related experiences. This role contributes to research, product testing, wellness programs, and sleep assessment initiatives by accurately documenting sleep metrics, participant feedback, and testing outcomes.
The position requires strong attention to detail, observational skills, data recording accuracy, and the ability to follow established testing protocols and research procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct sleep testing activities in accordance with established protocols and study requirements.
Monitor sleep patterns, sleep quality indicators, and participant experiences during testing sessions.
Record, organize, and maintain accurate testing data, observations, and participant feedback.
Assist with the setup, calibration, and operation of sleep monitoring equipment and related devices.
Support research teams in collecting and analyzing sleep-related information.
Maintain testing records, logs, reports, and documentation.
Observe and document environmental conditions that may influence sleep performance.
Assist with participant onboarding, scheduling, and testing coordination activities.
Report technical issues, irregular observations, or protocol deviations to supervisors.
Support quality assurance procedures and data verification activities.
Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and organizational policies.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to testing procedures and data collection methods.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Psychology, Health Sciences, Human Biology, Life Sciences, Research Studies, Wellness Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in research, testing, data collection, quality assurance, healthcare support, or related areas is advantageous.
Strong observational and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
Ability to follow testing protocols and standardized procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Comfortable working flexible schedules, including overnight testing sessions when required.
Preferred Skills

Experience with sleep monitoring devices, wearable technologies, or health assessment tools.
Knowledge of sleep science, wellness research, or human performance studies.
Familiarity with data collection systems and reporting software.
Experience conducting participant-based studies or product testing activities.
