Lead, coach and develop high performing teams as HCNPs and coordinate the efforts of the regional commercial customer-facing team members to collectively achieve company objectives and enhance patient value delivery more effic
- ient.

Formulate and implement an ecosystem strategy that leverages key insights and distinctive market characteristics to optimize the creation of patient value and advance Immunology object
- ives.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure that customer-facing team members possess the necessary materials and tools from the Internal En
- gine.

Understanding and communicating to relevant payers coverage, reimbursement and other aspects of how UCB products are managed to enhance understanding and drive optimal usage in collaboration with Private Access t
- eams.

Through influencing and partnering with payers identify and co-create innovative solutions to access challenges (relevant also for other local decision makers & influencers depending on internal capabilities avail
- able)
Enhance disease-state management by ensuring that the ecosystem customer-facing team is aligned under a guiding principle of patient value genera
- tion.

Set a leading example to ensure a culture of compliance throughout all endeavors and undertakings within the designated mar

kets.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree communication, marketing, international relations, or s
- imilar.

Advanced
- English3-5 years of healthcare related sales, marketing, market access or field medical experience and key account management in high sp
- ecialty

Demostrated experience leading multidisciplinary and/or matrixe
- d teams

Demonstrated knowledge of the complex government healthcare ecosystems (including access environment), managing government Healthcare Ecosystems (Control Tower & PEPMAE), as well as, Private Healthcare Ecos
- ystems.

Must have experience in new product launches, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, coordinate go-to-market strategies, and ensure successful marke

t entry
