We’re Hiring:
Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering teams comprising 20+ direct and indirect reports across geographies( USA and India)
Drive the implementation of data-intensive and scalable cloud-based applications, with hands-on experience in Java and modern cloud platforms.
Own end-to-end project planning, estimation, and delivery of large and complex distributed projects.
Monitor and ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication, timely delivery, and quality outcomes.
Utilize KPIs and engineering metrics to improve team velocity, code quality, and delivery throughput.
Foster Agile practices such as backlog tracking, sprint planning, burndown charts, and user story management.
Conduct regular performance reviews, career development planning, and team mentoring.

Job Description
Minimum 4 years of development experience in Java and Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proven experience in designing and scaling data-heavy applications.
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong experience managing distributed and remote teams.
Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
Ability to drive results through influence and collaboration.
