Hillstone Networks is growing in Mexico, and we’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive with a strong hunter profile to lead our commercial strategy for advanced cybersecurity solutions. Design and implement sales strategies to position and expand Hillstone’s cybersecurity solutions in the Mexican market, working closely with distributors, partners, and end customers.
Develop and execute territorial plans to drive sales in the assigned region.
• Collaborate with internal teams and strategic allies to deliver a high-level commercial experience.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal development (RFI/RFP), negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain a solid and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM, with clear and accurate forecasts.
• Minimum 3 years of experience selling complex technology solutions, preferably in networking and cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Consultative selling skills and a strategic approach to the sales process.
• Excellent time management, organization, and sales process structuring skills
Intermediate to advanced English.
