Senior Consultant - Banking & Insurance

Location: San Lorenzo Tenochtitlán

A multinational technology services firm is seeking a Senior Consultant to support business growth and delivery initiatives within the Banking & Insurance sector across LATAM.

Role Overview :

- Engage with financial services clients from early-stage discussions through project launch and stabilization.
- Oversee and coordinate technology-driven initiatives to ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction and long-term account development.
- Drive business development activities in banking and insurance, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key financial institutions.
- Support regional pipeline alignment across LATAM, coordinating priorities between countries.
- Contribute to industry positioning through value propositions, client narratives and sector-focused messaging.

Background &

Experience:

- Solid experience within banking and/or insurance environments.
- Professional background in technology consulting or similar settings (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Core Banking platforms, digital transformation initiatives).
- Demonstrated involvement in project delivery, with hands-on exposure to execution challenges and client management.
- Strong functional understanding of financial services processes (core operations, risk, finance, compliance, etc.).
