Associate –SSIS/ SQL Data Analytics & Insights   We’re growing our Data Analytics & Insights Managed Service team. If you enjoy building robust data pipelines in SSIS/SQL Server and partnering with business stakeholders, we’d love to hear from you.

Experience:

1–6 years

Education:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
What you’ll do
Build and maintain SSIS ETL packages and SQL Server stored procedures
Translate business needs into clear delivery plans; communicate status, risks, and issues
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and technical teams
Support release/change management and incident/problem management; coordinate vendors
Help enforce architecture and security standards across the data platform
Create and maintain playbooks, policies, and documentation
Review technical deliverables for quality and standards
Provide weekly/monthly status updates to the client and leadership
What you bring
Strong SSIS and SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)
Experience integrating data from APIs, files, and databases; cleansing and validation
Hands-on with SQL Server Agent for scheduling and automation
Experience managing a small team or leading work streams
Focus on data quality, integrity, and security
Nice to have
Python; BI reporting in Qlik (Qlik View/Qlik Sense);
Epic Reporting (Clarity/Caboodle)
Streaming (e.g., Kafka), orchestration frameworks, cloud cost optimization
Data Ops/Agile/Dev Ops practices; ITIL-aligned operations;
Service Now
Healthcare domain experience
