We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products, with a focus on Salesforce-based applications and web platforms

Responsibilitie

s:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium Web Driver (Java, Python, or
C#)
• Build and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks (Page Object Model, BDD/T
DD)
• Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom ap
ps)
• Perform manual testing where automation is not feasible, including exploratory and UAT test
ing
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and define test strateg
ies
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira; follow through to resolut
ion
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, et
c.)
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, custom objects, Apex triggers, and Lightning compone
nts
• Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) in an Agile environm
ent
• Provide detailed test reports, metrics, and recommendations to stakehold

Mandatory Skills Descrip

• 5+ years of experience in QA auto
mation
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium Web Driver and at least one programming language (Java, Python,
or C#)
• Experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or  pla
tform)
• Familiarity with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, pytest, or
NUnit
• Experience with version control systems
(Git)
• Solid understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile/Scrum pra
ctices
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Circle

CI,
etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills
• Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Deve
loper)
• Experience with Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or other Salesforce-specific test
tools
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP API testing (Postman, Rest As
sured)
• Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or Sp
ecFlow
• Familiarity with cloud testing platforms (Sauce Labs, Browser
Stack)
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, SOQL, and governor
limits
• Experience with performance or load testing
tools
• Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience
Cloud
• Knowledge of JavaScript/Type Script for front-end t
