Scope of job
The Digital Marketing Manager will drive strategic performance marketing initiatives across LATAM region. This role demands deep expertise in acquisition marketing, demand forecasting, partner management, and multi-channel optimization. The candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration and ensure revenue maximization for telecom clients through data-backed decision-making. As a people leader, the Manager will mentor and guide junior team members while owning business KPIs and operational excellence end-to-end

Role & responsabilities
Digital & Performance Marketing Strate   gy
Develop and execute advanced, multi-region digital acquisition strategies across Google Ads, programmatic platforms, and affiliate networks
Lead comprehensive demand generation plans including forecasting user acquisition volumes, budget allocation modelling, and performance optimization frameworks
Own the full marketing funnel, ensuring continuous improvement through A/B testing, creative optimization, and advanced analytic
Ensure strong governance on campaign hygiene, tracking accuracy, targeting, and compliance

Revenue & Business Ownership
Own revenue-generation targets and key performance indicators (CPC, CPA, ARPU, ROAS) for telecom clients in LATAM.
Evaluate market trends, user behaviour insights, and competitor benchmarks to drive strategic decision-making
Identify and scale emerging opportunities within the VAS ecosystem to maximize monetization and customer lifetime value.

Leadership & Team Management
Create and develop a team of digital marketing specialists and analysts, fostering a data-driven, high-performance culture.
Collaborate closely with internal business, product, technical, and analytics teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders globally, presenting insights, performance reviews, forecasts, and growth plans.

Partner & Vendor Management
Lead global partner evaluation, onboarding, contract negotiations, and performance governance with advertising networks, programmatic partners, and affili
ates.

Drive accountability and optimization across all external partners ensuring transparency, efficiency, and timely execution.
Work closely with partners to explore innovations, beta features, and new inventory to enhance campaign performance

Operational Exce   llence
Oversee digital marketing operations including campaign tracking, forecasting, KPI dashboards, attribution models, and payment/invoicing processes.
Establish best practices, SOPs, and performance frameworks to standardize operations across regions.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, fraud monitoring, and risk mitigation across all channels.

Required Skills and Competencies
8–10 years of deep experience in Performance Marketing, with proven leadership in multi-region digital acquisition.
Strong expertise in Google Ads (Display, Performance Max, Remarketing) and programmatic advertising platforms.
Proven experience in demand generation, forecasting, budget allocation, and campaign mana
gement.

Experience in telecom industry VAS or digital subscription-based models.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into strategy.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, affiliate networks, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Outstanding stakeholder communication and leadership abilities.

Good
-to-Have

Experience with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk), MMPs (Apps Flyer/Adjust), and attribution modeling.
Experience in managing distributed teams or remote teams.
Exposure to creative strategy and conversion rate optimization on landing pages.

Understanding of fraud detection tools and compliance processes.
