We are seeking a Senior Security Engineering professional to join our Cloud Security Posture practice to lead Google Cloud environment reviews end-to-end—from initial scoping through the final readout. Blending diagnostic rigor with strategic advice, you will evaluate environment architectures, uncover genuine risks, and deliver realistic, prioritized remediation roadmaps that clients can confidently execute or partner with us to operate.

What you will be doing:

- Lead detailed technical reviews of Google Cloud configuration and architecture to establish an evidence-based picture of a client's security posture.
- Identify misconfigurations, weak operating practices and exploitable gaps across client environments, and qualify each one by the business exposure it creates rather than by raw severity score.
- Turn findings into tailored recommendations and a phased roadmap that strengthens controls and establishes a cycle of continuous improvement rather than a one-off remediation push.
- Give clients real visibility into how their own teams are consuming Google Cloud, and into where that consumption diverges from their internal guidelines and from platform best practice.
- Work directly with client stakeholders to bring measured risk down and, with it, to build durable confidence in the platform they have chosen.
- Present findings and trade-offs to audiences that range from platform engineers to CISOs and boards, and defend your reasoning under scrutiny.
- Feed recurring findings back into our managed service catalogue, so that what we learn on one engagement raises the baseline for every client that follows.

What do we expect from you:

- Proven depth in Google Cloud security services, configuration and architectural best practice.
- Demonstrated ability to run security assessments end to end and to distinguish the gaps that matter from the ones that merely appear on a report.
- Experience producing recommendations that are genuinely actionable, and roadmaps that survive contact with a client's budget, calendar and internal politics.
- A sound grasp of cloud security principles and of the compliance frameworks our clients answer to.
- Communication and presentation skills strong enough to hold a room of engineers in the morning and a steering committee in the afternoon.

What would set you apart:

- Background serving Enterprise, Select or Partner segments.
- Comfort operating across very different maturity levels, from a client's first cloud footprint to a mature and well-governed estate.
- Delivery experience across multiple regions — LATAM, North America, JAPAC or EMEA.
- Google Cloud security certifications.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code review and with embedding posture controls into deployment pipelines rather than auditing after the fact.
