As an  Epic Tapestry Application Support Analyst  , you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Epic Tapestry applications that enable critical health plan and managed care operations. You will collaborate with operational stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, improve workflows, and ensure the platform effectively supports managed care processes across areas such as claims, benefits, enrollment, provider data, medical management, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
Application & End-User Support

· Provide high-quality support to end users and stakeholders utilizing Epic

· Epic Application Configuration & Maintenance

· Design, build, test, and maintain Epic functionality

· Minimize errors through thorough validation and testing

· Support system updates to maintain performance and reliability

· Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
Training & Enablement

· Workflow Analysis & Optimization

· Support reporting and data analysis to inform operational decisions
Partner with IT teams, analysts, and operational stakeholders

· Bachelor’s degree required

· Bilingual English/Spanish with professional experience communicating with native English speakers

Organized and dependable, with strong time management skills

· Process-driven and committed to quality and accuracy

Prior experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), especially Epic

· Customer service or application support experience
