The Role
We're growing our Mexico City team and looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager to help lead high-impact, high-complexity initiatives from concept to launch. You'll own large-scale program delivery end to end, partnering across engineering, product, and business teams to align stakeholders around a shared roadmap. If you're a technically fluent program leader who thrives on turning ambiguity into execution, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Own large-scale program delivery end to end — planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change management
- Drive new product development in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Partner across engineering, product, and business teams to align stakeholders around a shared roadmap and decisions
- Present progress and recommendations to VP/SVP-level leadership, influencing both technical direction and business outcomes

Requirements
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional technical programs
- A technical foundation — computer science background, with prior experience as a senior software engineer, architect, or technical program manager
- Agile delivery experience in new product development
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills; comfortable driving alignment among diverse stakeholders and influencing key technical decisions

Nice to Have
- Background in the Payments industry is a strong plus
