Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager - AgTech

Location: Santiago de Querétaro

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for this role.
As the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager for Mexico, you will serve as the key interface between Arable and strategic partners, driving the successful delivery of large-scale agricultural sustainability programs, with a strong focus on water stewardship and efficient irrigation practices, with a strong operational presence in the Querétaro region and close engagement with local partners and growers.
You will work closely with partner field teams responsible for installation and maintenance, ensuring alignment with Arable’s standards and holding partners accountable for high‑quality execution.
Lead the implementation of agricultural sustainability and water stewardship programs across Mexico
Ensure programs are executed according to Arable’s standards and quality expectations
Provide direction and oversight to partner field teams responsible for installation and maintenance
Drive consistent, high‑quality execution across multiple stakeholders
Ensure partners meet performance expectations and timelines
Develop a strong understanding of Arable’s technology and data outputs
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience in sustainability, water management, or environmental programs is a plus
Remote role with travel as needed across Mexico, especially during peak agricultural seasons.
You will play a key role in advancing Arable’s work with global partners to improve water use efficiency and support more sustainable agriculture. Mission‑driven work focused on sustainability and water conservation
