How you will make an impact:
Coordinate installation schedules efficiently to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
Serve as the primary communication link between customers, installers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain seamless project execution.
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling, material, and logistical challenges to minimize delays and disruptions.
Monitor project progress and maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and installation requirements.
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive installation experience.
Continuously improve operational processes by analyzing workflow efficiencies, reducing installation bottlenecks, and supporting team productivity.

Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple installation projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, enabling effective collaboration with customers, installation teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges, adapt to changing circumstances, and ensure projects remain on track.
Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering a seamless installation experience and maintaining high standards of accuracy and service
