Key Responsibilities:

- Install, inspect, and maintain restraint systems used in well completions to ensure safety and operational integrity
- Follow technical specifications and safety protocols during all restraint operations
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of restraint equipment before and after installation
- Collaborate with drilling and completion teams to coordinate restraint activities
- Document all procedures, inspections, and maintenance activities accurately
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to restraint systems during operations
- Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture on site

Skills and

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a restraint technician or similar role in oil and gas completions
- Knowledge of restraint systems, wellbore equipment, and safety standards
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and follow safety procedures
- Valid certifications related to oil and gas operations (e.g., H2S, OSHA, safety training)
- Willingness to work in remote locations and flexible schedules as required
