We're Hiring! – Temporary Logistics Administrator (Import & Export)  Are you experienced in logistics and looking for a new challenge?
We're searching for a temporary Logistics Administrator to support import and export activities across North America. This role will work closely with business teams, logistics partners, and global functions to ensure smooth cross-border operations.
Work Location Options
This position can be based at either of our manufacturing sites in Apodaca (5 minutes from downtown) or García, Nuevo León (15 minutes from the Dominio Cumbres area).
What You'll Do
Coordinate day-to-day import/export processes and documentation for air and ocean shipments
Maintain strong communication with internal teams, freight forwarders, and external agencies
Ensure compliance with international shipping and customs requirements
Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Drive accuracy in data entry, file maintenance, and operational processes
What We're Looking For
Experience in international logistics, preferably in the coatings/chemical industry
Strong knowledge of FCL, LCL, airfreight, and customs clearance
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems
