Description
We’re hiring an International Logistics Intern to support the international logistics team in managing day-to-day import and export activities, analyzing transportation data, and helping drive process improvements across ocean, air, and cross-border freight flows.

This role offers hands-on exposure to international transportation, trade compliance, carrier performance, and supply chain analytics within a fast-paced global environment.
What you will be doing:
Support day‑to‑day international logistics operations, including tracking ocean, air, and inland shipments and maintaining accurate shipment records.
Coordinate import/export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Analyze transportation data to identify trends, delays, and cost‑saving opportunities, and assist with KPI reporting.
Help validate freight invoices and landed cost components through audits and data checks.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by updating SOPs/playbooks and participating in Lean/process‑optimization projects.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Procurement, Planning, Finance, etc.) and external partners (carriers, forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers).
Attend team meetings to gain exposure to global logistics strategy and operational decision‑making.

Who you are
Required Skills And Competencies
Currently studying a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
To graduate in June 2027 or later.
Availability to work from 7am - 4pm (flexible).
Advances English level
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups), Smartsheet & Tableau.

Preferred Skills And Competencies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-focused with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Experience or coursework related to transportation, global trade, or logistics systems (TMS, ERP).
Familiarity with Incoterms, HS codes, or international shipping documentation.
Interest in ocean freight, freight forwarding, and global supply chain operations.
