Currently, we are looking for a  Driver Support Coordinator II  to join our team in Nuevo Laredo. This position will work in a dynamic environmentm, greet drivers professionally, ensure drivers clearly understand their assignments and next steps, helping them with any questions or concerns.

Shift:
Sunday to Friday
3:00 p.m a 11:00 p.m

Responsabilities:
Review shift updates, clarify routes, load details, appointment times, and coordinate with the dispatch team to resolve questions or changes.
Print, verify, organize, and distribute load sheets and dispatch documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness before handing them to drivers.
Identify missing or incorrect paperwork, address driver issues, and escalate urgent, unresolved, safety, or compliance concerns promptly.
Log into required systems, ensure workstation functionality, verify internet and printer connectivity, and confirm availability of documents and supplies.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams to share updates on delays, changes, or operational issues.
Track repeated driver concerns, document outstanding issues, and report major or recurring problems to the on-shift Team Lead or Manager.
Ensure smooth transitions between shifts by handing over pending issues and clearly logging unresolved driver concerns.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or related fields.
Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or drive support preferred.

Good command of MS Office (Excel and Word) with an ability to quickly learn new software
Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication
Fluent English
Ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effective
