Visual Production Coordinator

Location: San Lorenzo Tenochtitlán

The Visual Production Specialist is responsible for the timely and high-quality execution of all visual merchandising (VM) displays, props and fixtures ensuring brand standards are met across all retail locations (mainline, wholesale). This role involves collaboration with the Marketing Design team, Visual team, Operations, Construction and Planning to deliver compelling in-store experiences that drive sales and enhance customer engagement. This position works also with the Marketing activations for the stores and outside the stores.
Production and Execution
Coordinate the production, procurement, and distribution of all VM elements, including props, signage, and display fixtures.
Ensure all VM materials are ordered, received, and prepared according to project timelines and budget.
Oversee the installation and breakdown of seasonal and promotional visual displays at various retail locations, which may require travel to the store or other sites.
Conduct quality checks on all produced VM elements to ensure accuracy, durability, and alignment with design specifications provided in the Store Concept Guidelines for AE and Aerie.

Project Management and Administration
Manage the VM production calendar, tracking all key milestones from concept approval to in-store execution.
Maintain an organized inventory of all VM props and assets in the storage facility for VM.
Liaise with external vendors and contractors to negotiate production costs, timelines, and material specifications.
Process invoices and manage the allocated budget with the VM team, reporting any discrepancies to them.

Collaboration
Work closely with the Visual Managers for Mainline and Wholesale (AE & Aerie) and the Marketing Design Team, to understand design intent and provide practical production solutions.
Collaborate with the Operations and Planning Team team to ensure seamless execution of the Instore marketing and promotions.
Participate in weekly status meetings regarding the upcoming seasonal display launch and promotions.
Outside vendors, follow up and compliance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in visual merchandising production, logistics, or a related role in a retail environment.
Strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Adobe design programs.
Willingness to travel frequently
English spoken and written 90%
