SUMMARY
The Account Manager (fluent in Spanish and English) is responsible for Ecommerce Accounts "Mercado Libre and Amazon", leading business results, including sales volume, spending within budget and share growth. The Account Manager is the lead contact with the customer and has significant internal collaboration. The position indirectly leads a cross functional team to develop long term plans based on insight, impact shelving/distribution modifications, and execute pricing/promotion tactics to enable goal delivery.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for achieving profitable sales and share growth in alignment with sales plan goals/objectives.
Experience leading Amazon and Mercado Libre.
Primary contact on items relating to daily operations of the business.
Work with Ecommerce accounts to fully understand the levers of driving sales within their platforms, including content to build and execute an effective JBP.
Maintain an effective working knowledge of external market factors, including competitive information, technology trends, customer and consumer needs, pricing controls omnichannel, etc. in order to make educated account decisions and product recommendations to grow the business.
Work with internal and external peers around the globe to share and apply best practices for maximizing sales, managing relationships, reporting, driving supply chain efficiencies, and other aspects of the business.
Control Allowances and expenses aligning with budgets.
Develop long-term strategic growth plans with these customers to enable sustained growth after year 1.
Develop effective and productive relationships within all levels of customer, as well as with cross-functional teams.
Work with cross functional / sales business unit resources to develop execution plans that align with the sales business unit strategies.

-Pricing and Portfolio channel strategy
- Work collaboratively with demand planning to provide annual and ongoing customer forecasting for new product concepts, initiatives, and annual brand plans
-DI and Domestic-.
Comfortable negotiating and ensuring delivery of agreed upon metrics and contract value; secure terms for contracts, with the ability to bargain and negotiate concessions in the interest of parsing out a final contract containing terms by which all parties agree to abide.
Lead development, monitoring, and analysis of sales forecasts and related data, including profitability, rate of sale, promotional performance, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 3 years selling consumer products.
Amazon and Mercado Libre experience.
Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with management accounts, and across internal cross-functional departments is required.
Demonstrate experience on analytical work to manage account profitability and investments is required.
Develop and execute JBP.
Negotiation vendor terms
Management of technology supplier agencies that provide services to e-commerce accounts.
EDUCATION & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Sales, Business Administration or Marketing.
Financial and analytical skills to manage account profitability and investments is required.
Creative, highly motivated, self-starter, detail-oriented, organized, can efficiently work in an extremely fast-paced environment, a team player and possess excellent verbal and visual communication skills.

COMPUTER/TYPING SKILLS
Must be proficient in Amazon and Mercado Libre customer portals, PowerPoint, Word, Excel- expert.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
General office environment; occasional travel required.
This hybrid role is in our Santa Fe office at least 3-days a week, 8-5.
