Job Summary:

You will be accountable for sales of Mechanical Power Transmission products within the Bajio area of Mexico, driving sales volumes according to Company's plans. Reporting to the Dodge Mexico Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing the Dodge business, maintaining important relationships with our channel partners, end users and OEM ́s and providing critical feedback to Sales and Product Management on all issues that affect the ability to grow Dodge market
share.
Key Responsib
ilities:
Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial
accuracy.

Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market oppor
tunities.

Using your knowledge of customers' needs and Dodge's solutions to determine effective solutions for c
ustomers.

Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing ac
tivities.

Up to 40%-50% travel might be
required.
Required Quali
fications:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering and minimum 2 years of experience working in the power transmis
sion field.

Effective communication skills with the ability to listen, understand, educate, and influence customers/potential customers regardin
g products.

English communication skills, both writing an
d speaking.

Dodge product application knowledge with the ability to recommend suitable products to customers and to differentiate products from those of the c
ompetition.

Capable of appraising commercial business situations, both internal and external, and determining course
of action.

Trained in selling mechanical power transmission products in industrial ap
plications.
