We are a Colombia-based creative and digital agency with a strong reputation across Latin America, having worked with renowned brands, artists, and cultural leaders in the region. Backed by strategic investors, we are expanding aggressively into Mexico and are looking for first employee with a pure sales operator to lead revenue generation from day one.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager – Mexico owns 100% of new revenue generation in the Mexican market. You will be responsible for building pipeline, closing deals, and opening strategic accounts, acting as the commercial face of the agency in Mexico.
You will operate with high autonomy, high expectations, and uncapped upside. Performance—not tenure—drives growth, authority, and compensation.

Revenue & Sales Execution
Generate, qualify, and close new business in Mexico
Build a predictable, high-velocity sales pipeline
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitch → negotiation → close
Sell high-value creative, branding, digital, and marketing services
Consistently hit and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Market Penetration
Open doors with brands, founders, CMOs, agencies, artists, and cultural leaders
Position the agency as a premium creative partner in Mexico
Identify fast-moving opportunities and close them quickly
Relentlessly prospect via outbound, referrals, partnerships, and networking
Commercial Leadership
Act as the commercial owner of the Mexican market
Provide real-time market feedback on pricing, positioning, and demand
Build momentum that justifies local hiring and market expansion

Compensation & Upside
Base salary + aggressive performance-based commissions
80% commission base salary
Uncapped upside – top performers materially out-earn base
Clear milestones tied to increased commissions, bonuses, and leadership scope

What we are looking for?
3- 5 years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in creative, digital, or marketing services
Proven hunter mindset with a track record of closing deals
Strong network in Mexico’s brand, startup, cultural, or corporate ecosystem
Comfortable with pressure, targets, and performance-based compensation
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Fluent Spanish and basic English
