Senior Inside Sales Executive

Location: Santiago de Querétaro

As an Internal Sales Executive (ISE), you’ll drive proactive outreach and work closely with our Area Sales Manager to move deals forward.  After the sale, you’ll nurture relationships, spot growth opportunities, and keep our CRM and ERP systems sharp. You will proactively engage and qualify leads by following up on Market Qualified Leads (MQLs) and handling inbound enquiries efficiently.
You will assess prospects using the BANT-C framework, mapping stakeholders and conducting virtual introduction meetings as needed.
You will advance sales pipeline by following up on quotes and making minor proposal revisions.
You will prepare detailed project handovers and ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with Technical Service teams.
You will maintain strong customer relationships, oversee project delivery, gather feedback, and support multi-site opportunities.
You will ensure operational excellence by updating CRM/ERP systems, participating in meetings, and managing a defined area or vertical market
Proficient in CRM systems and general IT literacy.
Good commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers.
Experience working in line with targets and KPIs, driving quality & output
