Customer Account Manager – Packaging & Automation     Full-Time | Exempt $45,853 to $57,316 (Mexican Pesos Monthly)

* About the Role

The   Customer Account Manager   is the trusted partner for Serac’s existing customers—owning relationships, driving aftermarket revenue, and ensuring long-term satisfaction. You’ll be the   primary point of contact   for customers, supporting everything from   new formats and upgrades   to   training, audits, and service visits   .
Success in this role is measured by   customer loyalty, revenue growth, and satisfaction   .

What You Bring

Strong understanding of the   automation & packaging machinery industry
Excellent   communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Professional, customer-first mindset
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Fluent in   English   for all job-related communications
Advanced proficiency in   Microsoft Office   (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree   in a relevant field (required)
10+ years   experience with   packaging equipment
5+ years   experience with   filling & capping machines
5+ years   managing   customer accounts   in an industrial/OEM environment

Sales & Growth

Drive sales by promoting   tooling, upgrades, retrofits, service visits, maintenance contracts, and spare parts
Identify and execute   growth opportunities   within existing customer accounts
Build and execute   strategic account plans   to maximize customer value

Account Management & Customer Relationships

Manage and grow assigned   customer accounts
Build strong relationships with   key decision-makers and stakeholders
Act as the   voice of the customer   internally

⭐   Customer Service & Satisfaction

Deliver exceptional service and ensure   high customer satisfaction
Proactively resolve issues and escalate when necessary
Track and respond to customer feedback and survey results

⚙️   Operational Collaboration

Partner with   Operations, Engineering, and Service   teams to support customer needs
Support   Field Service Technicians   with documentation and parts inventory audits
Contribute to   new programs and customer-driven solutions

✈️   Travel & Work Environment

Up to  50% travel   to customer sites
Office-based with frequent customer interaction
Domestic and limited international travel required
Ability to lift up to  50 lbs   and perform basic physical tasks during site visits

Additional Requirements

Must be eligible to   travel to the U.S. on a tourist (B-1/B-2) visa for training   , if applicable
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support customers and projects
