Our client, a leading provider of industrial solutions, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships in Torreón, Coahuila. This senior role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the industrial market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. You will be responsible for expanding our client's market presence, developing strategic alliances, and achieving ambitious sales targets within the region.

The position is based in Torreón, a significant industrial hub in northern Mexico.

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the industrial sector in Torreón and surrounding areas.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
Negotiate and close complex deals and contracts to secure new business.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Achieve and exceed business development and revenue targets.
Prepare and present regular reports on pipeline status, market insights, and business development activities.
Stay updated on new technologies and innovations relevant to the industrial sector. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
