Salesforce Business Analyst Sr. | Hybrid in Monterrey, open to candidates in CDMX, Saltillo, and other cities (remote)
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst Sr. with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to join a high-impact team s role involves leading requirement-gathering processes, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and bridging the gap between business and technology teams across enterprise-level implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirement-gathering workshops including JAD sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping.

Define complex user stories, business process flows, and solution design documentation.

Perform gap analysis and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Support integrations from a functional perspective, including understanding of APIs and middleware concepts.

Lead UAT cycles, manage backlog prioritization, and work closely with Product Owners.

Mentor junior Business Analysts and influence decision-making across business and IT teams.

Technical

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

Experience with Salesforce Platform App Builder and Application Design.

Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and middleware from a functional standpoint.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

At least 2 certifications:

Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory).

Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (strongly preferred).

Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder (nice to have).

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise implementations.

Fluent in English and Spanish (advanced level, executive communication).

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to influence business and IT decision-making at all levels.

Location &

Schedule:

Hybrid model 2-3 days per week in office for candidates based in Monterrey.

Candidates located in other eligible cities may work fully remote.

Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.

Advanced English is mandatory.
