Junior In-House Multimedia Designer

We are looking for a Junior In-House Multimedia Designer to join our Branding & Communications team in Murcia.

Your Role
As a Junior Multimedia Designer, you will help bring our brand system to life across multiple media formats. Working closely with the Branding & Communications leadership team, you will develop your craft within our established brand system while ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints. You will translate defined creative direction into high-quality visual outputs — from motion and video to digital and print materials.

This role requires ownership, precision, and the ability to work independently within a structured creative environment.

What You’ll Work On

• Corporate and commercial print materials

• Visual assets for product launches and trade shows

• Digital content and brand communication assets

• Motion graphics and short-form video

• Supporting visual consistency across international touchpoints

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or formal training in Multimedia and/or Graphic Design

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Solid understanding of layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy

• Knowledge of print production and color management

• Initial hands-on experience with AI-supported creative tools, or strong interest in further developing expertise in this area

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
