King’s College Murcia is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join our vibrant Primary team from late August 2026. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an energetic and creative educator who is passionate about delivering high‑quality learning experiences and supporting pupils to develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning within a caring British international school environment.

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the full Year 4 curriculum in line with the English National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports academic progress and personal growth.
• Assess, record, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
• Foster strong relationships and positive behaviour, promoting respect, cooperation, and a growth mindset.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan units of work, share best practice, and contribute to whole‑school initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers, ensuring they are well informed and involved in their child’s development.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities, school events, and wider community engagement.

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Experience teaching within the primary phase, ideally with Year 4 or Key Stage 2 classes.
• Strong knowledge of the English National Curriculum and effective pedagogy for KS2 learners.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire pupils.
• Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
• A creative, reflective, and student‑centred approach to teaching and learning.
• A commitment to contributing positively to the wider school community.
