We are looking for a driven  Enrollment and Marketing Assistant in Mumbai  professional who will help the university attract, guide, and support students from the South Asian region throughout the entire admission and enrollment process, ensuring a high-quality and personalized experience.
This role is a freelance position.

Your Key Functions:
-Daily Enrollment Journey Support
-Connect with students & parents through calls and meetings
-Offer personalized guidance throughout their enrollment journey

Application & Admission Guidance:
-Assist students with applications and resolve enrollment issues
-Support pre- & post-admission requirements
-Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure a smooth process

Requirements:
-Degree related to Business, Marketing, or International Relations
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and call/contact center
-Strong oral and telephone communication skills, as well as active listening
-Familiarity with systems (CRM) and customer relationship management practices
- English C1
