Import Export Specialist

The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service and Import-Export Specialist to join our Customer Service team. Your primary focus will be managing and coordinating commercial administration tasks to support our sales team, with a specific emphasis on customers in the  Middle East market.

This is a permanent, full-time, fully onsite position based at our Murcia HQ.

Key Responsibilities
Tracking orders and communicating incidents to meet deadlines agreed with customers
Resolving complaints and requests related to customer orders and their delivery
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including assistance during customer visits
Receiving visit reports and managing actions agreed with customers
Creating and monitoring project sheets and briefing sheets
Receiving and managing customer orders through to manufacturing handoff
Preparing and maintaining customer files, including documentation relating to legal compliance

What We Are Looking For
Fluent Spanish speaker, native or near-native level
Fluent Arabic speaker, essential for this role due to the Middle East customer focus
Professional level English strongly preferred
Background in customer service, import/export, logistics, or commercial administration
Willingness to work fully onsite in Murcia, 5 days per week

Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch break, Friday 8am to 2:30pm with a 15-minute break
