**** Your role:
** Senior Sales Representative - Zona Murcia
** Your Responsibilities:*
* * Build and nurture strong, lasting customer relationships, enhancing their experience through Elanco's innovative products, expert people, and impactful projects.
* Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key influencers to promote the Elanco brand and business goals.
* Identify and assess customer needs, uncovering solvable problems and opportunities, and incorporating the Elanco product portfolio as part of the solution.
* Represent the "voice of the customer" to Elanco management and marketing, ensuring customer insights inform strategic decisions.
* Implement all marketing activities effectively in the field.
* Consistently meet and surpass quarterly sales targets by proactively promoting Elanco's presence and portfolio within identified high-potential accounts.
* Monitor and track business results, adapting approaches and strategies as appropriate, and providing feedback to marketing and other functions for input and support.
* Ensure the collection of correct data to monitor sell-in, sell-out, and stock in trade.
* Maintain CRM compliance, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
* Drive Elanco customer value selling skills programs in Pet Health.
** What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):*
* * Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
* Professional

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of proven expertise in veterinary clinics, pet food industry, sales within the Animal Health sector, or a technical veterinarian role.
* Language Proficiency:
High level of proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* Attitude & Culture:
Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong alignment with Elanco's Cultural Pillars.
* Industry Passion:
Possesses a genuine passion for the animal health industry.
* Proactivity & Drive:
Inquisitive, self-starting, and strongly results-oriented.

Highly customer-oriented with a deep understanding of customer needs and business drivers, leveraging this knowledge to develop effective sales strategies.

* Veterinary Business Acumen:
Possesses comprehensive veterinary business knowledge (including disease management, economics, and profitability), enabling recognition as a value-adding business partner by veterinarians.
* Product & Disease Expertise:
Recognized as an expert in the market regarding product and disease knowledge.
* Executive Presence:
Ability to establish boardroom relationships with senior managers, veterinarians, and pet health professionals.
* Sales & Marketing Insight:
Knowledgeable in sales and/or marketing capabilities and competencies, with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
* Travel: regularly within Spain up to 75%

Located in “Murcia area” preferably.
