Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for driving the financial performance of the company’s LATAM region, including key performance indicators such as Net Sales, Operating Profit, and Working Capital. This role ensures consistent financial monitoring and reporting in full compliance with group policies and local regulations, as well as the proper administration of financial resources, materials, and the finance team.
The CFO will lead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the LATAM region. Additionally, the role is accountable for effective risk management and financial planning across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all areas of financial management, ranging from core accounting to complex financial operations. Strong leadership capabilities are essential, as this role oversees all finance functions within the region.
As a member of the Leadership Committee, the CFO will play a critical role in supporting the company’s inorganic growth initiatives and shaping the organization’s long-term future

Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage working capital objectives (accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory), as well as cash flow targets, defining the necessary actions to achieve them.
Lead the organization’s strategic financial planning, including budgeting and financial forecasting processes, ensuring proper analysis and control of execution.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulatory requirements.
Oversee financial operations and drive efficiency across all finance-related activities.
Support business decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring sound financial governance.

Profile
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree is a strong plus.
5 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles (CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent), with a strong track record of driving financial performance.
Solid experience in multinational or regional environments, ideally across Latam, managing complex financial structures.
Fluent in English.
Pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
