Puesto: Gerencia General / Plant Manager
We are seeking a General Manager/Plant Manager to support our growing client need in Pachuca, Hidalgo, Mexico. In this role, you will be leading the operations for the newly launched plant in Mexico dedicated to the R&D and manufacture of green, high-efficiency power-conversion equipment and industrial environmental-control systems.
This company's core portfolio covers power-electronic devices, intelligent control systems and site-energy equipment. Certified to multiple international quality standards, it counts Siemens, ABB and other Fortune 500 companies among its customers. By 2024 the group operates five production bases worldwide and conducts business in 13 countries across Asia, North America and Europe. The opening of its Mexico plant in 2024 marked a concrete milestone in its global strategy, and in the same year the company recorded revenue of RMB 699 million.

Responsible for the day-to-day full operation of the plant in Mexico
- Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements and continuous improvement of production processes
- Optimize the production process and operation mode, improve the production efficiency and quality level
- Establish an efficient production team and staff management system, and cultivate a talent development mechanism
- Pay attention to industry trends and market dynamics, and provide data support for the company's strategic decision-making
- Identify constructive suggestions to products and processes to promote product quality improvement
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing or related field
- At least 5 years of on-site management experience in machinery and electrical appliances and large-scale production enterprises
- Familiar with the manufacturing enterprise production, logistics and technology internal operation process
- English can be used as a working language
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish
- Fluency in Mandarin is highly desired
- At least 2 years experience in factory module management in Mexico
- S. visa or Mexican visa (or permanent residence card)
