ABOUT THE JOB- You’ll receive, analyse, and prepare operational and booking data to ensure accurate setup in our internal planning systems.
- Loading and maintaining cruise line portfolios across our tools and databases will be part of your day-to-day, keeping everything running smoothly.
- You’ll coordinate a range of services including shore and river excursions, transfers, port services, and cruise turnarounds.
- Sending operational orders to suppliers and liaising with them to ensure service readiness is key to this role.
- Managing changes, modifications, and cancellations will keep operations flowing seamlessly, while you work closely with Port Delivery teams during cruise calls.
- Supporting cost optimisation, sales planning, and basic operational reporting will help us deliver exceptional service within budget.
- You bring proven experience in organisational and administrative tasks with a sharp eye for detail.
- Working confidently with systems, data, and multiple workflows in a fast‑paced environment comes naturally to you.
- Your problem‑solving mindset means you’re always looking for ways to improve how we work.
- Collaborating with suppliers and cross‑functional teams across borders excites you, and you communicate clearly in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- An interest in cruise tourism, shore excursions, and port operations will help you thrive in this role.
