Office Manager & Accountant (m/f/d)
Mallorca – Palma

KENSINGTON Finest Properties International is a leading name in luxury real estate. To support our growing business on Mallorca, we are looking for a structured, reliable and discreet Office Manager & Accountant to take ownership of our back-office operations and financial administration. Your base will be our office in Port Adriano, with occasional presence in Palma.
Your responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and internal workflows across our offices
Correspondence with clients, notaries, authorities and service providers (ES / EN / DE)
Maintain digital and physical client and property files
Prepare and follow up on viewings, meetings and client appointments
Administer purchase and rental contract documentation and official records
Independent bookkeeping in line with Spanish accounting rules (Plan General Contable)
Invoicing, payment monitoring, accounts receivable and cash management
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial overviews and commission statements
Coordinate annual financial statements with the external tax advisor (Gestor / Asesor Fiscal)
Support the brokerage team with exposés and client presentations
What we expect
Qualified accountant (Contable / Técnico en Contabilidad) under Spanish law
Sound knowledge of Spanish accounting standards (PGC) and tax obligations
Experience in office management, real estate administration or a comparable role
Familiarity with Spanish real estate documentation (an advantage)
Structured, independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility
Professional communication and composure with demanding clients
Confident with MS Office (Word, Excel); accounting software a plus
Discretion, reliability and organisational talent during busy periods
Languages:
Spanish fluent (required), English fluent (required), German a plus
