Job Description  The Director of Project Delivery will oversee the execution of high-end residential and hospitality projects. This is a unique opportunity to join a visionary team committed to excellence in architecture, design, and art.
Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of luxury real estate projects, ensuring adherence to the studio’s high standards
Manage timelines, budgets, and design precision and quality
Supervise and mentor project/construction managers
Act as the key contact for clients, suppliers, and legal representatives
Drive supplier negotiations and contract adaptations
Improve delivery processes, methodologies, and IT systems
Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer and the architectural team
Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement
Requirements  A qualified Architect and/or Engineer with a strong blend of technical and design expertise. The ideal candidate will have:
A sharp eye for detail, aesthetics, and flawless execution
Fluent English and advanced Spanish;
German is a plus
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Passive House, BREEAM is advantageous
10–15 years of relevant experience in high-end real estate, architecture, or project management
Proven leadership of teams (10+ people) in international settings
