Food Safety & Packaging Trainer

A certified training entity in Palma, Mallorca, is seeking a dedicated trainer to teach two specialized modules focused on food packaging and food safety. This position is directly linked to a Dual Vocational Training (FP Dual) program targeting the meat industry on the island. If you have a background in food technology, safety, or packaging processes, this temporary teaching role offers you the chance to guide students entering the local industrial sector.
Responsibilities   Teaching the INAD
0006 training module focused on packaging, conditioning, and packing of food products (60 total hours).
Teaching the HOTR
0046 training module focused on food handling and food safety regulations (75 total hours).
Delivering a total of 135 teaching hours structured around the needs of the FP Dual meat industry curriculum.
Guiding students through practical applications and theoretical knowledge required for working in food processing environments.
Qualifications   Specific trainer qualifications for INAD
0006 and HOTR
0046 as outlined in the official course regulations.
Relevant professional knowledge or background in food handling, safety, and packaging.
Availability to teach on-site in Palma during the full schedule.
Please note that if no applicant meets every single official requirement after the recruitment period, the training center may select a qualified candidate who meets most of the necessary criteria.
Contract Details   A temporary contract lasting 2 months.
Total gross salary of 4,320 EUR for the contract duration (calculated at 32 EUR per hour company cost for 135 total training hours).
Contract start date planned for December 1, 2026.
Full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.
